We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location. As soon as your order is sent out, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package.

We work to get every order out as quickly and smoothly as possible, but shipping times may vary during high order volume, holidays, or carrier delays. Frostbyte is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with what you received, please reach out to us and we will review the issue. To help us resolve it faster, include your order number and photos if applicable.

Because of the nature of our products, returns or exchanges may not be accepted for used items or items not in their original condition. If your item is approved for return, it must be sent back unused and in its original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.

We want to make sure every Frostbyte order arrives the way it should, and we will always do our best to make things right when there is a legitimate issue.
